We collect the information you choose to send us through the forms on this site: your name, email address, and the details you write in the fields provided. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and you should not send any.

Form submissions are delivered to our email, hosted by Microsoft 365, and are recorded in our customer relationship system, HubSpot, so that we can track and answer them. Both act as processors on our behalf. Enquiries from the founder path and the syndicate path are delivered to separate inboxes, though they are recorded in the same customer relationship system. Nautilus Strategic Ventures operates through affiliated companies under common ownership, and your enquiry may be handled by the one responsible for the service you asked about.

This site does not run analytics and loads no third-party scripts. It sets no cookies, uses no advertising cookies, and does not track you across other websites.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the processors named above, or where the law requires it.

We keep correspondence for as long as it remains useful to the relationship it belongs to, and then delete it. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.
